About the Role

• You will be responsible to provide comprehensive HR support to offices in Australia and Japan
• Provide support across the full range of HR generalist activities

Key Criteria

• Proven experience in a similar HR role
• Supporting all HR processes across the employee lifecycle including end-to-end recruitment, onboarding inductions, employee movement, and offboarding
• Supporting employee engagement, performance, talent management and development
• Providing HR administrative support including preparing employment contracts, reports and other HR related documentation
• Creating and maintaining accurate HR records in employee files and our HRIS and providing end user support for our HR systems
• Assisting with implementation of a HRIS, including data migration, user acceptance testing and providing end user training
• Supporting monthly payroll processing
