About the Role
Looking for an experience Senior Contracts Advisor to join a EPCM client working on a major mining construction project. As a senior contract advisor you will join a team of 5 other contract and procurement members working on fabrication and construction packages across bulk earthwork, civil, SMP and E&I scopes of works.

Looking for an experience Senior Contracts Advisor to join a EPCM client working on a major mining construction project. As a senior contract advisor you will join a team of 5 other contract and procurement members working on fabrication and construction packages across bulk earthwork, civil, SMP and E&I scopes of works.
Responsibilities:
- Preparation of tender documentation
- Tendering/evaluation/award and administering of contracts
- Negotiation and resolution of contractor claims
- Preparation of contract variations
- Complex payment claims management
Key Criteria:
- Experience in a EPCM environment
- Major Project experience preferably Rio/BHP Projects
- Experience with complex and high value fabrication or site construction contracts (all disciplines)
- 7 + years of experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Good team player
- Pre and Post Award contract experience
